General terms and conditions

1. General
The following general terms and conditions apply to every contract, shipping and other service.

2. Offer
Our offers are not binding. Small differences and techncal changes as compared to our images or descriptions are possible.

3. Delivery and settlement
Every effort will be made to keep the site up to date, however the items are sold on a first come first served basis, therefore there will come the day that a peice that looks for sale on the site is already sold. In those cases we will not process the order until we can make communication with the customer. Payment will be processed in advance of making delivery.
4. Delivery time
Delivery we are all at the mercy of the delivery services, however every effort will be made to either contact the customer or process the order in 2-3 days if payment is made by credit card, checks by mail will just take longer. Mail reaches us in a maximum of 7 days generally 2 days. Bank processing and clearing I'm not sure but the new rules say fast.
5. Return of goods
We accept returned merchandise for store credit only. Include a copy for your invoice and your address and phone #.
6. Guarantee
We prefer satisfaction and will work to acheive it. If you are disappointed let us know help us to acheive satisfaction.
10. Data storage
We do keep records for the IRS, and Credit Card Companies. When they no longer require the information be kept, we will dispose of it. Other arrangements can be made
11. Legal venue
We are in Washington State and wish to assert that any disputes will need to be made in the county of Pacific, Washington State, USA_*T&C
